I love this text of scripture and at the same time, I'm challenged by it. Most people just read it as, "God has good plans for me. Great!" For me, there's more to it than just what's written.

Here's what I read when I read this scripture:
"Follow me."   Yes, those words boil down to just 2 simple words when I read them. Why? It's simple. God has great plans for me and my life but I have to be following His plans to see those things come to pass. That's what gives me my "hope". My hope is found in surrender.
