Also, I want to share a new award I've come up with. (I realize "blog awards" are not as popular with some and, while appreciated, are rarely passed on.) This award is different. I've come up with this as a way to let someone, anyone, know that they have inspired you in some way, shape, or form. This is NOT an award that the person who receives it has to pass on to anyone. This is NOT an award that the person who receives it needs to blog about. This is between you and him/her. Something that YOU post about on YOUR blog and let them know what they mean to you. Christine, my "Mother Hen". You have inspired me to be a greater woman, wife, friend, and mom. I see you give and give. I watch you put others first time and time again even though you have so much on your plate.
People and friendships are things you cherish and you make it a point to to let them know how much they mean. You sacrifice through pain and sickness to comfort others or even just to say "hello".
You amaze me. I am so blessed to call you "friend".
